- Plover tours and travel provides ground transportation, accommodation booking, hotel and airport pickups, restaurant meals, and other services in partnership with individual suppliers.
- All knowledge and information given to our clients in Tour itinerary is the best of understanding to Plover tours and travel and up to date information in the industry, the company is NOT liable to changes made by third parties and errors made
- Reservation of Gorilla, chimpanzee permits will require a passport copy with your full names, and passport Number to make a confirmation
- It is important to make reservations well in advance, all our packages are available and not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed
- After the booking it is important to inform Plover Tours and travel team of your specialities in cases of dietary requirements, special needs especially for disabled people, and other requirements
- Incase you need to make changes, Plover tours and Travel shall amend the required adjustments and confirm the changes made, Plover tours and Travel reserves the right to make fee adjustments depending on the additional cost which shall be added to the total cost
- Plover tours and travel reserves the right to make changes in the accommodations reserved, transportation, tour reschedule in the event of unforeseen circumstance beyond our control
- Plover tours and travel enters agreements with other service providers on your behalf to have a comfortable safari , for example hotels, car hire rentals, lodges in several destinations kindly NOTE that their terms and conditions apply to you as well

PRICES
- Prices on the website are subject to changes and are not Guaranteed until confirmation
- Plover Tours and travel reserves the right to make changes in the prices incases of fluctuations in the country and exchange rates with communication and reason why they have increased, the company makes sure the prices are not over hiked beyond expected budget
- The price quote in the itinerary is as per the travel plan unless stated differently, includes meals accommodation, perimits, all ground transportation, excluding visa fees, airtickets, gratitude and tips , laundry services, meals and drinks not indicated in the travel plan, food between stopovers, and item
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
- All tours will be confirmed by a 30% deposit of the total cost price and only be guaranteed to start after the total amount has been paid incase of Gorilla and chimpanzee permits, a full advance pay has to be paid for reservation of the permits
- Any booking before 45 days of arrival must be fully paid and cleared upon confirmation
- If no payment has been made to start of the safari, Plover tours and Travel reserves the right not to conduct the trip
- Payments can be made using card, visa, bank transfers or in cash upon arrival
- Costs of transfer fees are to be fully paid by the clients in cases of bank transfers
TRIP RULES AND EXECUTIONS
The wilderness is interesting but can at the same time cause chaos, it is important to follow the terms of the management and guidance from the tour leaders or tour guides and drives, here is an execution of a safari
- Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are given for visit of the primates however it is not guarantee that the animals will be viewed easily
- The mode of transportation will depend on the client number and type of safari they are taking on
- We provide well versed english speaking guide all throughout the tour to have you experience africa
- Plover tours and travel reserves the right to employ subcontractors to perform expected duties
- Plover tours and travel reserves the right to cancel or end a tour if the individual in our opinion starts behaving in a way that will lead to danger.
- The company reserves the right to cancel trips incases of bad weather, bad roads, problems with national parks and hotel securities
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
The following terms and conditions apply to cancellations and refunds after deducting the Gorilla and chimpanzee permits
- We regret to inform you any expenses or losses as a result of cancellation all costs including those of service providers will be deducted from the client initial deposit of 30%
- 90 days and above 70 percent refund
- 89-60 days 40 % refund
- 59 days -30 days 20 % refund
- 39-0 days 0% refund
FACTORS BEYOND COMPANY CONTROL
- The company shall not be liable to any client injuries, death, pandemic attacks, epidemics, war acts and activities, plover tours and travel beyond this control is not liable for the loss
- All trip cancellations shall be amended in writing starting on date of cancellation
INSURANCE
- Despite us having the trip cover and protection it is mandatory for clients to have their personal trip insurance covering for injuries, medical expenses, repatriation and evacuation expenses
COMPLAINTS
- Plover tours and travel Ltd shall ensure that they meet the maximum promised requirement of client detail, any complaints should be filled immediately and if the complaint is not attend to it should be written to the company within 30 days after compilation of the tour
